We will cover all the common major testing options, the differences, the pros and cons of each, getting info from the results, as well as tips for preparing your children for testing so you can make the best choice for your family. Note: This is not about the college tests (SAT, ACT) but the testing required by NC law.

Marji McIlvaine & husband Rick homeschooled for 26 years in four states and are now officially retired as homeschool parents. All six children have graduated from homeschooling, half are college graduates or students or working. Marji’s heart is to encourage other parents in the homeschool journey. She served on the board of Henderson County Homeschool Association for 20 years, administers the Woodcock-Johnson test in WNC, teaches homeschoolers online and in person with My Fun Science online academy and Classical Scholars Tutorials in WNC.
