NCHE Talent Show Application

The NCHE Talent Showcase will be held Friday, May 27, 2022, at 7:45 PM. The event is located at the Thrive! The NCHE Homeschool Conference in the main auditorium (Salem).

The deadline to submit an audition is April 15, 2022.

Selections will be made by audition. The auditions are judged by a committee of those who are knowledgeable in the various performing arts. Ensembles as well as individuals are encouraged to audition.

QUALIFICATIONS The following are the requirements for participation: – For solo acts, the participant must be a homeschooled student. – For groups of 2 or more, at least 50% of the participants must be homeschooled students.

AUDITION PROCESS To audition, submit this online form with a link to YouTube video or mail a DVD of the audition (the end of this online form will provide a place to enter the link to the YouTube audition video).

Entries must be no more than 4 minutes long.

Please submit a DVD or YouTube video of the presentation to be performed while wearing the actual clothing that will be worn at the performance (the DVD must be in a format that is able to be played in any DVD player). The submitted DVDs are for audition purposes only and cannot be returned. Applicants will be notified as to whether or not they are selected. The decision of the judging panel is final.
