Dear Thrive! Conference Vendor,

Because of the governor’s new mandates, we are sadly having to cancel the 2020 Thrive! Conference. We are offering two possibilities for how to handle your registration fee.

  1. We will issue a full refund of your vendor fees.
  2. You can transfer your 2020 vendor registration to the 2021 Thrive! Conference, May 27-29. (Non-exempt vendors may not be assigned the same booth in 2021 as they were in 2020. If the booth assignment in 2021 is different than that of 2020, we will do our best to make the new booth comparable.)

We will allow 3 weeks to fill out this form. After July 17, we will send a refund to all who haven’t filled out the form.
