Dr. Kathy is pro-technology, but she’s not pro what technology is doing to young people’s behaviors and attitudes. Many teens admit to being frustrated by things like their own impatience and self-centeredness. Many admit they’re tempted to give up when anything is hard. Parents can struggle with the same things. Teens and parents tell Dr. Kathy they want to change, but it’s hard. Yes, it is, but, it is possible. Learn about the power technology has to influence your minds, hearts, and beliefs so that you can change your attitudes and actions.
