Getting the Classical Education You Never Got

2013 NCHE Annual Conference and Book Fair
General interest to all parents

It is possible for a person to have an overwhelming number of things to do (children to raise, bills to pay, homes to care for) and an educational history lacking skills like a knowledge of Latin and Greek and still become classical educated as an adult. Most of us were not blessed with a classical Christian education. We were taught that education is more about getting a job than it is about cultivating wisdom and virtue. But a classical education suggests otherwise. In this unique talk, Andrew Kern will explain how you can grow towards a more fully realized classical education even as an adult.
